There is nothing cheap or dirty about sex. It is the attitude towards sex that makes it degrading, sinful ,and dirty .Sex can be beautiful and precious. It fulfills the function of procreation, it could also be a means to commit the most heinous crime.

It is important not only to be aware of our sexuality.We need to acknowledge its importance as a factor for a balanced life. It is the fire that keeps the flames of romance aglow, the strong fiber that knits a relationship together against all odds. It is refreshing, it is healing. Respect for sex add meaning to our human existence and relationships.

We treat with reverence those things we hold dear to our hearts. Activities that we enjoy leave us with that sense of accomplishment, of satisfaction, and make us feel good.

Music is considered the language of the soul. Who does not enjoy music? It is one of the great pleasures mankind has discovered. There are as many tunes,songs and music as there are performers ,composers and song writers.

Sex is an integral part of human existence.The expression of sex has many faces, strikes many chords, creates a variety of tempo, of harmony or dis-harmony.

Who does not admire beautiful and awesome surroundings; seek and welcome serenity and tranquility, away from the frenzy of the world. Expression and wholesome atmosphere create and inspire the moment for the ultimate experience of Sacred Sex.

We do not subscribe to the same type of music, but generally, there must be something in the music that stirs the soul; a melody that promotes a certain mood, a tune that softens or excites the psyche. Listening to music is soothing, it is inspiring, it quietens a cluttered mind.

No human activity but sex can elevate the soul, the human spirit to ecstasy, out of the physical realm into a world only the two physical bodies can experience.It is not the "quickie", not the one in the backseat, or any isolated dim spot that is available at the moment.

Anyone who has been to a concert, a recital, or attended a symphony, knows these events need planning. Sex is like attending one of these events. To fully enjoy it, set aside the time , the resources needed , plan the when and the how will naturally follow. It is not an event we attend to everyday. It is a special occasion we look forward to with anticipation. Of course,spontaneity adds pizzazz.

There is music, and there is music. Some people enjoy the singer who belts out the words, in constant gyration or movement. They see the singer, do they hear the song? There are others who are quite content with the blues, or country tempo, some go for ballads, but, there is always room for the appreciation of the music of the great masters.Do not mistake it for the elevator music.Many great music have "popular hits" versions that appeal to most. Sacred sex is like attending a symphony- the orchestra and all its sections play their part, the percussion, the wind instruments, the strings.

What does these have to do with sex? When elevated to the highest form that it can be, every single part of the human body can be tuned up like the sections of the orchestra, to produce that haunting, enjoyable , uplifting and satisfying music.

Listen to some good music, it's not all one beat, one, chord, one tone. Observe the adagio, enjoy the cantabile, the sweetness of the dolce, then get exhilarated as the orchestra progresses to forte, fortissimo, con anima, then...it starts to slow down, go into ritardando, some endings maybe soft or bombastic, but always passionate. Notice that after each performance of the symphony,there are seconds of quiet, when you hear not a sound, until the maestro takes his bow.

Lovers need time together , without interruptions to get to know each other.It's a special night, without the children, and no telephone. It is time together,to immerse in each others love, where they experience the ecstasy of being ONE.

Two souls are able to reach out into the depths of each other's being during moments of intimacy. It is difficult to interpret most work of art, and feel the passion of the artist, understand what was on his mind while creating his work.

Music is different. The performer has the freedom to express the inner stirrings within the soul, with passion that radiates through the performance, filters to the spectators, and enjoy the transformation to a different world and savor the peace within the soul .

In sacred sex, it helps to understand the human anatomy, to fine tune all these parts, yes, from head to toe, to stir the most passionate, ecstatic and blissful act.

When two souls are able to reach this state of oneness, savor it, and respect it.

That is sacred sex.

Easy to do and not hard on the Pocket Book.

You have probably heard of people doing it. It sounds pretty neat you thought. But will it really work? The answer is yes! It is very easy and very inexpensive to do also and it looks really cool!! In all m years of messing around with glow in the dark paints and powders probably the number one project I get asked questions about is the stars on the ceiling one. Is it hard to do? How much paint will it take? Where do I get a stencil? Should I use oil or water base paint? The list goes on. In this article I hope to answer all your questions and give you some additional ideas as to what to do with glow in the dark paint.

When people think of glow in the dark items they usually think of the cheap novelties green in color and they glow about two minutes. Well hold on to your hats partners because, there is a new breed of glow paint in town that will turn those stars into shooting stars! Now the glow paints that are out there glow 12 hours in some instances. They also come in 8 different colors.

Green glows 12 hours and is the longest. Next is Aqua which I recommend for this projects stars it glows 10 hours. Blue, Purple, Yellow, Orange around 4 hours. Red glows around an hour and white around 10 minutes.

This is all you need make a whole constellation on you childs ceiling. Plus it is this simple.

1) glow in the dark water base paint (for a room 12 x 12 it should take 8 ounces.)

2) round regular bristle artist paint brush. (I have also heard of people using a sponge. Just make it about the size of a quarter)

3) inch masking tape.(To grid off you areas).

4) Ladder or step or something that will allow you to reach the ceiling easily. (I do mean easily. This takes the best part of an afternoon. So be safe and comfortable.)

5) If you want to add planets you need round cardboard spheres from the craft store. Different sizes. White spray paint. And one ounce each of all the colors of glow paint mentioned above. Also some fishing line to hang the planets from the ceiling and a stapler.

6) I recommend you buy a black light. Black lights are rich in Ultra Violet light which really makes the glow paint glow like crazy. It also helps when you are painting the stars on the ceiling.

Heres what you do

Take your tape and tape off a three foot by three foot square on the ceiling.Companies sell star stencils but to me using those is crazy. You do not need a pattern. The stars in the sky are all random. If you want to get technical and make it accurate. You will need a constellation map and few thousand hours. Taping in the squares helps keep you in order. The paint (At least GloNation.coms paint is white but glows a aqua blue. This is nice because it will not show up in the day unless your ceiling is not white).

Then dab your brush or sponge in the paint and dab away. After you have placed what you feel like are enough stars in that area. Turn off the lights and check your work. It is actually best to do this at night or black out any windows, as ambient light takes away for the glow. This stuff is glow in the dark not glow in the day. If you are happy just repeat in the next square. And so on.

To make planets to hang, spray paint your spheres with a white base coat. Then let you creative side come out. Paint them all any way you would like. Muti color same color it does not matter. Here you might want to add a little water base acrylic pigment to you paint to give it a day time color. It will still glow in the dark. I suggest you use a color that is close to the glow color. Attach the fishing line to the spheres with either hot glue or a spapler and hang them. Use hot glue to attach to the ceiling.

Dollar for dollar direct mail outperforms and out delivers many traditional media outlets. However, there is a method to the madness and reasons why some DR techniques fail.

Recently a direct mail piece was sent to my list and Ive received fantastic feedback. I know there are some people shaking their heads and wondering why I would invest in direct mail with typical response rates of 1 to 2%. Let me explain.

Direct mail when implemented properly does produce results. There was certainly a time, back in the day when I worked for ad agencies, that I questioned direct mail too. I trusted the statistics and previous mentors who had experienced direct mail results that were less than favorable. Then I started studying the masters of direct response copy and mail. My tune has changed and I am sure a lot of that has to do with exposure to Dan Kennedy and Glazer Kennedy Inner Circle (among others).

Here are some tactics I use to make my direct mail stand out. My direct mail is well branded, lumpy and provokes thought. Not only that, its personalized with a call to action.

You can experience DR success by implementing the following techniques.

1. Have a purpose. Clearly define what you want your direct marketing piece to achieve.

2. Know who you are talking to and speak in a language that reaches them.

3. Personalize the piece by using your customers name.

4. Re-educate clients on your value.

5. Ask your reader to take action.

6. Include a promotional item that adds dimension to your mail piece and value to the recipient.

7. Timing - schedule local market delivery to coincide with networking events and national delivery to coincide with something timely on your blog or in your ezine.

This list may seem simple and it really is a quick highlight of what you need to incorporate. However, it works. Heres what I did to make the most out of my mailing.

I sent a personal letter to my list to ask them to hire me for future copywriting projects.

Each letter was addressed to the individual by name.

I included a brochure that re-educates clients on the value of copywriting and made sure all materials were branded.

I asked recipients to not only hire me in the future but to do something for themselves in the interim.

I included a promotional pen and suggested it be used for personal correspondence and that I should be hired to write copy.

Locally, I mailed this right before a Chamber of Commerce networking event. Key people at the event received my mailing the day before or the day of the event. Buzz was created and others wanted to know more about the mailing.

The ultimate outcomeseveral new leads including requests to develop training for a program via the local college providing customized employer training in the workplace. Oh and an increase of my list because the buzz made others so curious they requested a copy of the mailing.

Finally, about the cost effectiveness of direct mail~ with only one of the leads converting to a sale (and I am sure there will be more), I have more than paid for the mailing.
