Breaking Through Your Overeating Barriers

There is a variety of reasons why people OVEREAT, but in saying that ALL the possible reasons are emotionally based. You may not agree with this statement but it is a fact. Whilst some people are medically overweight (what ever that means) to some degree there will also be emotional issues around being overweight.

DIETS will not fix issues that are emotionally based. DIETS will in fact add to the already existing issue and add to it 10 fold making it virtually impossible for the individual to SUCCEED.

There is a whole Wellness Industry valued at over $28 Billion dedicated to people who OVEREAT, ready to sell us pills, shakes, exercise machines of every description, and yet we still have an overweight society.

The Wellness Industry deals with possible solutions without looking at the REAL cause. We automatically look at fat people and think they just eat junk food and they dont exercise thats why they are fat. And whilst that may be true, no one is prepared to fix the CAUSE only the CONSEQUENCE (which is fatness).

Who Else is Tired of Feeling Sick And Tired?

It's morning, at least according the alarm clock, since the sun isn't up yet. There's no more time on the snooze button, so you drag yourself out of bed and prop yourself upright until your coffee is ready.

Ear Ringing Tinnitus - Stop The Noise

When you hear a constant ringing in the ear, and it won't go away, more than likely, you have ear ringing tinnitus. If the sounds you hear last only for a few seconds or minutes, tinnitus is unlikely.
