What Breast Enhancement Herbs Are Most Effective When It Comes To Natural Augmentation?

The existence of breast enhancement herbs has been a part of natural medicine on every continent for centuries. The herbs that are documented to naturally enhance and even enlarge breasts fall into the category of phytoestrogens. These are chemicals found in plants, and they produce similar effects to that of estrogen in the human body.

This is a good thing, because it is estrogen that produces breast growth in the body in the first place. When the hormone increases in the body during pregnancy, for instance, growth is stimulated and mothers-to-be wake up one day feeling like Dolly Parton, even if they were only a 34A the night before.

Although breast enlargement herbs do not cause results this dramatic, they can, if used consistently and by the directions, cause breasts to grow over the course of a month or so. Some products claim that their breast enhancement herbs can cause breast growth of up to two sizes, and they usually claim that the new growth is permanent.

Many women feel that they could use a size or two more in their bust, and studies do show that women have better self esteem when they feel good about their bust line. There is always the expensive and sometimes dangerous surgical route, but the natural breast enhancement herbs that have been used for centuries can be worth their weight in gold to the lucky woman who discovers them. Most companies will tell you that they dont work for everyone, but they do work for most people. And the good companies will offer you a money back guarantee, so you can try the breast enhancement herbs at no risk.

The herbs that have been found to be most useful are: saw palmetto, Don Quai, wild yam, dandelion root, blessed thistle, kava, and the herb from Thailand called Pueraria Mirifica, and fenugreek. Fenugreek is an interesting herb that was used for centuries by harem girls in the Middle East to produce more healthy breast tissue, thus enlarging their breasts. Taken internally, this is one of the best breast enhancement herbs.

Saw palmetto, too, has been used for centuries in North and South America. It is a Native American herb that is often recommended by naturopathic physicians for natural breast enlargement. Wild yam is another of the natural breast enlargement herbs, and it has been recommended by some not only for breast enhancement but for breast health as well. It can be used in conjunction with fenugreek for a more dramatic effect than either herb alone.

Of the other breast enlargement herbs, Pueraria Mirifica is a very interesting and more recent addition to Western herbal health. Also known in Thailand as Kwao Krua, it has only recently become commercially available in the West, since it took a while for the Thailand government to share its ancient remedy with the rest of us. Pueraria Mirifica is known not only for breast enhancement of up to 80 percent by Thailand scientific studies, but it has been shown to help with general breast health, and some say that it helps offset a womans chance of breast cancer.

Generally, breast enhancement herbs serve to create more healthy breast tissue by stimulating breast growth in much the same way that estrogen would. As for safety, these herbs get a GRASE rating by the FDA, meaning they are generally regarded as safe and effective. Although the powers that be in the US do not stand behind them 100 percent because of the shortage of scientific studies on their effectiveness, breast enlargement herbs, much like many of the most popular and effective herbal remedies in this country, may fly beneath the radar, but they still give most women who try them a bigger bust line and a even a sunnier view of themselves.

Male Sexual Wellness - The Best Natural Ways to Increase Male Libido Revealed

There are lots of herbs and natural cures for lack of male libido but not all of them work and many are sold with no medical substantiation at all.

Lets look at the best herbs for increasing male libido and improving overall male sexual wellness.

First

Herbs cannot help if you have a serious medical condition, but they are great for helping with erectile dysfunction or lack of sex drive.

If you are generally in good health with a good diet and take some exercise then herbs can give your libido a great boost

Understanding male Libido

Many herbs are sold claiming to boost testosterone, but this is not normally the problem with lack of sex drive its a lack of nitric oxide.

If you dont know what it does you should, because without sufficient levels of it you wont get an erection.

The critical role of nitric oxide

The erection process begins with mental stimulation in the brain area and nerves here cause the release of nitric oxide.

Muscles of the penis to relax allowing blood to flow into of the penis and an erection is the end result.

Nitric Oxide declines naturally with age.

Many men who are getting older do not need to take drugs they simply need to increase their production of nitric oxide.

This will then get the blood flowing to the penis to achieve an erection.

Difficulties normally arise from physical problems such as hardening of the arteries that restricts the flow of blood into the penis.

Nitric oxide is produced in various areas of the body with an important area of production being in the walls of the arteries.

Build up of plaque in the arteries can slow down the production of nitric oxide and also contributes to blocking the flow of blood to the sexual organs.

So what produces nitric oxide?

The three best herbs are Ginseng. Gingko biloba and Horny Goat Weed.

All have been tested and help increase levels but they do something more:

They act as overall body tonics and combat fatigue and stress two known passion killers as well as sharpening mental focus and sensory perception.

Use the above and add in some other supplements the best of which is the non essential amino acid L-Arginine. This produces nitric oxide and is known as natures Viagra

By combining herbs with supplements such as the above you will see an increase in male sexual health and increase libido.

The body acts as a whole and you need to use a diet, combined with natural herbs and supplements that will improve all the areas that contribute to sexual wellness.

Then you will reap the rewards of an increased libido without resorting to prescription drugs.

The Essential Elements Of Powerful Communication

Whenever you speak to another person or a group, youre selling something: products, ideas, viewpoints, or simply yourself. Your goal is to influence or persuade the listener to buy what you say, and your success as a communicator stems less from what you say than from your ability to make an emotional contact with the listener.

People buy on emotion and justify with fact. You may come up with logical reasons to buy a particular house or car, but you really make a preconscious emotional buying decision, then, justify it with intellect. You evaluate a speaker the same way. People buy based on emotional contact, then consider the ideas or facts.

There are three keys to effective verbal communication:

1.If you want to motivate, influence, or persuade, youve got to say it. People respond not just to words, but to nonverbal cues that convey energy and feeling.

2.What you say must be believed to have impact. In other words, for your message to believed, you must be believable.

3.Believability is based on preconscious perceptions. The impressions conveyed by a speakers verbal cues determine whether we think the speaker is honest, evasive, friendly, boring, warm or cold. We tune the speakers message in or out based on those impressions, not factual content.

To be an effective communicator you must establish trust and credibility. The first step in doing this establishing a visual connection with the listener and youre only believable if what you say harmonizes with what people see. For example, if you say, Im happy to be here, in a halting voice, looking at the floor, the words will not be believed.

You have to speak visual language to make emotional contact, gain listeners trust and be effective and persuasive. You need about five seconds of steady eye contact to involve the listener in your message, because thats the natural, comfortable length for eye contact in one-on-one communications, and it works with groups as well.

When you make contact with eyes, not faces, you appear more confident, feel less nervous, and are able to read your audiences reactions. Avoid darting eye movements or closed eyes; they make listeners uncomfortable.

You can increase you awareness of eye communication in pressure situations by watching television news, variety programs and talk shows. You should practice eye communication one-on-one with friends and ask for their feedback. Watch yourself on video to judge and improve your success at eye communication.

Effective communicators have upright posture and use natural movements to convey their confidence. You should always stand tall with your shoulders back and your stomach in; avoid rocking or standing back on one hip, which literally distances you from your listeners.

Practice standing in the ready position, which directs your energy toward your listener. Lean slightly forward, knees somewhat flexed, so you can bounce slightly on the balls of your feet. Use this position even in casual conversation so that when you get before an audience youll be in the habit of feeling like an athlete, ready to move easily and quickly in any direction.

Movement conveys energy, enthusiasm and confidence and makes emotional contact with listeners. Get out from behind the lectern: gesture, or at least lean forward, to give yourself more impact. Move naturally, not mechanically, a few steps at a time.

How you dress has a great impact on establishing trust and credibility. Dress and appearance count in first impressions. Dress appropriately for yourself and your environment and always be well-groomed, especially around the face where your audience will focus.

Effective communicators are likeable and when you have a warm smile and use open gestures you become more likeable to your audience. Your listener wants to know not just what youre saying, but how you feel about it. Gesture naturally when your message calls for animation and underscoring; otherwise, keep your arms and hands relaxed at your sides.

Its a good idea to video tape yourself giving a presentation before you actually do it, because you can check your gestures. Youll see that they look less exaggerated than they actually feel. You can also check you smile behavior too. Many faces naturally fall into a neutral or serious, even grim look. Become conscious of what your face is doing by practicing your smile in front of a mirror or a video camera.

When youre speaking always use descriptive words and avoid non-words. Develop a vocabulary that will help you make and impression on, rather than impress, your listeners. Be on the lookout for new words and metaphors that will help you communicate in a clear, colorful way. Dont, however use words just to show off, and never use jargon!

Communication is more than just dispensing information which is why involving your listener is a very powerful way of getting your message across. For example, you could open with a story or a question that focuses the listener on your message. Use action, motivation, and your voice to make your message visual and energetic, then, close with a motivational call to action or use a memorable quote.

Theres no rational reason to be anything less than natural when you speak to a group. The natural communicator inside you has been chained down by the rigid control of your own self-imposed fears. Let your strengths as a communicator give you confidence. Take your time and practice and master one skill at a time to turn your weakest areas as communicator into strengths.

Each time we ask more of ourselves than we think we are able to give, and then manage to give it, we grow. Confidence is the capstone of all your communicating skills. It attracts trust like a magnet. When you trust yourself and your own communicating skills, others will naturally trust you as well.

The 7 Essential Woodworking Hand Tools For the Galoot In Training

First off, a definition. A Galoot is someone who favors the use of antique or antique-styled hand tools over the use of power tools. Often times Galoots go in for the collection and restoration of hand tools as much or even more than woodworking, though this is a matter up for debate. Think of Galoots as the "historic reenactment committee" of woodworking and you'll be on the right track.

Before we launch into the essential tools for the Galoot woodworker we'd like to offer a few tips that could indicate that you're a Galoot in training. So in case you ever had any doubts, here are a few of the ways you can tell:

1) You might be a Galoot in training if you have a working arsenal of power tools but still harbor a strange fascination with planes and chisels...

2) You might be a Galoot in training if you enjoy tinkering with your tools almost as much as working with wood. Especially that charming, captivating backsaw that your dad got from his dad's woodshop.

3) You might be a Galoot in training have antique hand tools that you would never, ever use on actual wood and you find yourself believing completely with all of your soul that "they don't build them like they used to".

4) You might be a Galoot in training if you prefer to watch Roy Underhill to Norm Abrams. Enough said there.

If you somehow made it to the hand tool collection phase without realizing you were the member of an elite group then I give you my best wishes and hopes for the future as you discover your true family - the Galoots. Do a quick web search on the term Galoot and the OldTools mailing list. Presto, you're home.

The 10 essential tools for the Galoot in training is something of a misnomer. Sort of. If you're not a pure collector yet then you're ideally buying these antique hand tools as you need them for specific projects you have in mind. Look at the following list then as a suggestion for what to use in place of all those expensive, high torque power tools you talked your significant other into letting you buy.

So here goes, and true Galoots remember we wrote this to guide home the lost and lonely of your tribe:

1) Chisels (Paring, Morticing)
This pair is crucial. The morticing chisel is used with a mallet and often to cut across the grain. The paring chisel is less often hit with a mallet and is more delicate. It's used for taking thin shavings off of your work piece. Further, chisels are typically in wide abundance at flea markets and antique stores.

2) Wooden Mallet
You can well make your own if you like, or if you're a collector then get out to those yard sales and dig through old boxes. Using a wooden mallet is crucial for not damaging your beautiful chisels...

3) Plane (Block, Smoothing, Jack, Jointer)
Planes smooth the surface of your work piece. The block plane is for shearing off the end grain of your piece, the smoothing plane is for very small shavings with less chance of tear out, the jack plane is a smoothing plane with more blade depth, and the jointer plane is a long plane used for flattening the joint face of a board.

4) Saw (Rip, Crosscut, Coping)
When choosing your saw pay attention to the rake - the angle at which the teeth are ground, the pitch - the number of teeth per inch and the set - the "wave" that the teeth have that gives the cut its width. Of hand saws you'll find especially useful the rip saw, which has a zero rake for cutting down the length of the grain, a crosscut saw's teeth will have negative rake for cutting across the grain, and the coping saw gets you cutting intricate designs and cuts inside a panel.

5) Brace and Bit + Hand Drill
Making holes in wood didn't start with the invention of the electric drill. It sure got easier though. Get back to the roots of your tool using heritage with a tag team of the brace and bit for making large holes and the hand drill (or egg beater) for making smaller bore holes. You could also consider the Yankee push drill.

6) Measuring and Marking Tools
Accuracy is one of the chief hallmarks of good woodworking. Stay true to your cuts and to your love of hand tools with a combination square - look for fine machining and deep etch markings. A try square will get you into smaller spaces and is important for furniture making. A sliding bevel will help you transfer accurate angles from one working piece of wood to another. Folding rulers have been mostly replaced by the tape measure. Don't let that bother you - use your folding wood rule with pride. Marking knives, gauges, and awls will keep your fine cuts as accurate as possible.

7) Your Tool Box and Workbench
Finally, we suggest that your first project as a Galoot is to build your own tool box (and then workbench), in much the same way that Luke Skywalker had to build his own light saber. This will connect you to the true force of hand tools. May the Galoots be with you.
